Open Beta starts 9 a.m. PDT (5 p.m. BST, 6 p.m. CEST) on Sunday, September 6th.

For the dumbfucks that's 9am PST 11am CST 12pm EST.

There seems to be a new update launch either yesterday or today from Aion_Main_1.5.0.1 to 1.5.0.3 patch. Took about 15 minutes to download and install. I would recommend doing it today if you can before everyone realizes tomorrow.

I had to reinstall mine also. Today I connected to the patch server again and my version was 1.0 and trying to patch to 1.5. For some reason the shortcut was trying to start a version of the game on the wrong HD. When I originally went to install the game it said I didnt have enough room to install so I deleted some stuff and installed it. Not sure what problem this caused but I had to reinstall the game 3 times untill I finally deleted enough shit on the HD so it had 25 gigs open. When I was starting the install from the zip file it would use up about 16 gigs......

Long story short it is working now so I dont really care why the fuck it was doing this. Gave me a panic attack when I went to patch earlier...

Oh also I was getting the shortcut error that some people get, but on the last install everything works fine. Then I was getting the patch error people where getting as well. After all this mess and the last install I got to the log in screen 3 times back to back just to test it.

Forgot the mention I was trying to install the full version 1.5.1 from the Aion linked torrents.

Well, I got it! Upgraded to 1.5.0.3 also. Just waiting til noon tomorrow.

I used filefap and had a constant 800kb/s off wireless. Was pro.

Zotics, im sure you noticed by now but the list is different for many users on the ordering of the servers. The 3rd from the top is not the same for all clients for some reason. What server are you guys playing on this open beta? Also, when the 20th comes, if you send me a quick note on what server your playing on then that would be perfect as well. Need to know where to plant the landingzone for my peeps, so to speak.

They are on Siel for OB, Riu.

Oh, and someone jacked his name again. He's under Zoticx.

If some one wants to run a small test I can tell you which server is #1,2,3,4,5, basically all you have to do is lunch Aion. Go to your process in task manager, and under performance click resource monitor. Under networking you should be able to find the process the ip of the current server you login into. Do this for each server, and you shall have a full list of server ips. From that list you can tell which servers will be which.

Currently I have the servers listed in this order not including the new ones.

Israphel
Siel
Zikel
Vaizel
Triniel
Nezekan
