now trying to reinstall launcher to get rid of that error but it wont install now
wont access aiononline.com as well
so i bet the instalation is trying something online with no response

I got my name, but there was a bug with the launcher, which you had to open and close it 2 times. Then wait for the second update which came later in the day.

Not sure if this was covered or not already, but they are limiting people from piling in on one server. If you were not able to make characters last night you can make them now. They have a section of the website that shows you the status of each server and when and what race you can make on it. So....... relax people. 400,000 people trying to create characters simultaneously is a BIG strain on even the best of systems out there.

they kept on closing and opening servers. i decided to log in on friday night. like 2am pst and got lucky and made my toons along with other guildies. plus they did say it was capped at lower number than when it actually goes live. they tried to spread the noobs among all servers, those fuckers without guilds. its all gonna be fine today.
happy hunting! well that more applies for tomorrow since we still gonna be below lvl20 today :(
