Allykat's Account hack = permanent ban permanent ban

Hey guys my account was hacked during the month of July and they restored my account once. I been working during the summer, so i had very few hours to play. During the time, some Chinese farmer decided it was a good time to attack my account and milk everything while i was gone. I was able to get my account restored once, but they also changed my trade profession to increase their farming efficiency. I log in once in a while, but than a couple days later after my account was restored... the hacker decided to go for a second run. They concluded that i was utilizing a 3rd party program and permanently banned my account. I went back and forth with their customer services with no luck and they decided that it was their final decision to keep my account banned. They also did not decide to refund my monthly services charges. I am very very disappointed in their customer service system in supporting their consumer.

If there is a point where you decide to play a Trion game on a new account in the future, please don't use any 3rd party programs.

Dear Trion,

my account has been getting hacked within the pass 2-3 weeks and i have no
clue how. I have run every type of anti spyware, firewall, and virus
detection i have and have not found any mal-ware anywhere. I only play once
or twice a week and it is very annoying to try to log on to see your account
has been ban. Customer support have noticed there are mutiple ip address
account that access my account, but i only have 1 location where i play rift
on. Which is this Computer. my Ip address is
xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
any other ip address is not valid. I do not run third party program to play
rift.As a matter of fact, due to multiple inconvenience of losing my account
permanently that i work so hard to create through time played. i demand
retribution or a refund on my subscription services. I have not broken any
user agreement contract through my end. I am very aware that trion has been
hack into before and yes i am a capable candidate of getting hacked myself.
It is not fair to permanently ban my account due to this reason enough. I am
not a computer technician or anti hacker technician, yet i do not have the
funds to hire someone to do those type of service like you guys have. Please
rectify this issue in a timely fashion.

Well that conclude my account . It was a fun time playing with everyone and i wish you all best of luck with Trion in the future. Hopefully you might not encounter the same type of services that i received.

Don't they have that lock code crap that goes to your email if your account is logged on elsewhere?

no clue they prob broke into my email account as well or forward the mail service to them. the funny thing is, i did not received any coin lock deactivation email at all from Trion.
