Squab Squad / Exalted

Squab Squad transferred and their raid time was too late for me.
Exalted I am in currently but they have an over abundance of core raiders and as such I am unable to to progress further in HK as I do not have a raid core spot.

13. What raid experience do you have (Only list what pertains to current game apping for) and do you have a water resist core; if so how much resist do you have?
All legacy raids in RIft / HK 1/11 Pugging Zilas isnt fun but we got him to 18 percent. My DPS core has 60 water resist so far (inc) and my tank core only has 15. I am running water rifts on my server but never see tank lessers drop >< I have 6 water lures I am working on.

14. Why do you want to join us and why should we accept you? (Put some thought into this)
I would like to join your guild because I love raiding. I am a dedicated raider and would like to focus on end game content. I have already mastered all previous raids and am currently looking for the opportunity to complete
the current end game content. I am always on, and as a teacher I will never be inconsistent in my attendance. My work day ends at 3pm EST lol. I also am always prepared for raids. Unlike other players I always use consumables and farm
whatever mats i need prior to raid. I love learning mechanics, and I learn them quickly. In Zilas i was on imp interupt duty and they never got a cast off. And I am usually the last dps standing when everyone else wipes to mechanics. If you accept me into your guild you will
get a dedicated player who is both mature and knowledgable of his class. I have leadership qualities in that I actively lead successful GSB/ROS/DH/GP raids weekly, in addition to helping guild members with whatever they need. I follow directions easily and never rage. I have lead previous guilds in other MMO's and can help with any administrative tasks if required. I would like to be part of your main raiding core and am certain if given the opportunity I will be a reliable asset to your guild.

As far as HK is concerned, I generally tank the first boss and dps the rest. I can spend marks or change roles to whatever the raid needs. I am not selfish in my own play style. I can both Tank and DPS.
